NOTE: This is not your standard cheap WordPress website. Websites alone don’t grow businesses or ideas.

WHY and HOW can we do this? Because we’re not in the business of quick wins — we’re looking for long-term growth partners. We cover the upfront costs of design, planning, and setup on the basis that your ongoing subscription repays that investment over time. Think of it like a payment plan to success — affordable now, scalable later.

This is a CRM, email, SMS, and AI (artificial intelligence) platform. The website is built in a marketing automation system where you can drive leads, take sales, run inbound and outbound marketing, create proposals, automate reviews, build courses, and much more — all without paying thousands of dollars per month. This is the future.

These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply when you sign up to the Free Website Offer at

Plain‑English summary (at a glance)

• Platform: Your website is built inside Tectonic CRM (a licensed instance of Go High Level) — not WordPress.

• Inclusions: A standard 5‑page website (based on your answers), contact form, and an AI chatbot trained on your site content.

• Price: $99/month, billed monthly. A $99 upfront payment starts the project. No lock‑in contract (month‑to‑month).

• Timeline: If you supply all requested content promptly and approve drafts on time, go‑live in ~4 weeks.

• Your responsibilities: Provide logo, brand assets, images (team/products/services), prices, and accurate business information.

• Extras: Squeeze/landing pages, WordPress builds, course setup and copywriting are outside scope and quoted separately.

• Ownership: You own your content; the platform, templates, and CRM remain our licensed technology.

1) Definitions

• We/Us/Our: The provider of the Tectonic CRM website build (Digital Junkies / Tectonic).

• You/Your: The client/business signing up for the offer.

• Tectonic CRM: Our licensed CRM/CMS platform (a Go High Level licence) used to build, host, and automate your website and marketing.

• Project: The 5‑page website setup, contact form, and AI chatbot outlined in these T&Cs.

2) The Offer & Scope of Work

Included:

1. Website build inside Tectonic CRM (not WordPress) with a standard 5‑page structure derived from your intake answers (e.g. Home, About, Services, Contact, 1x additional page).

2. Contact form integrated to your CRM for lead capture.

3. AI chatbot configured and trained on your website copy and FAQs you provide, to assist with basic enquiries.

4. Basic on‑page setup (titles/meta, headings, image alt text where provided), mobile‑responsive layout/theme, and connection to CRM pipelines.

5. Basic compliance elements you provide (ABN, contact details, T&Cs/Privacy page content supplied by you) placed on the site.

Out of scope (available as extras/quote):

• Additional pages beyond the initial 5, detailed squeeze/landing pages, unique long‑form sales pages, custom calculators, or advanced UX flows.

• Course creation (LMS setup, content writing, videos, gated areas) and e‑commerce product catalogue builds.

• Photography/videography, image licensing, copywriting beyond standard page copy derived from your intake.

• Third‑party platform integrations not native to Tectonic CRM.

3) Pricing & Payments

• Subscription: $99/month (AUD), charged monthly. $99 upfront is payable at sign‑up and is non‑refundable once work commences.

• No lock‑in contract: Month‑to‑month. You may cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

• Method: Payments are by card/direct debit via the sign‑up link.

• Suspension: We may suspend the site/CRM access for non‑payment until arrears are cleared.

• Third‑party costs: Domain registration, email hosting, stock imagery, and other third‑party services are not included and remain your responsibility unless agreed in writing.

4) Timeline & Dependencies

• Target go‑live: ~4 weeks from the later of (a) receipt of $99 upfront, and (b) receipt of all requested content (logo, images, prices, copy inputs) and timely approvals.

• Approvals & delays: If approvals/content are delayed, the timeline shifts accordingly. Material scope changes may extend timelines and incur fees.

• Post‑approval build: After you approve the homepage design and sales copy, we require ~1 week to finalise the build and configure the AI chatbot.

5) Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide logo (high‑res), brand colours/fonts, images (team, products, services), prices, and accurate business information.

• Supply legal content (e.g., privacy policy, terms, disclaimers) or approve our placement of your supplied text.

• Ensure all content is lawful, accurate, and authorised for use; you are responsible for obtaining any required licences/permissions.

• Review and approve drafts in a timely manner (typically within 3 business days per round) so we can meet the timeline.

• Comply with all relevant privacy and spam laws (see Section 11).

6) Process

1. Intake form: You complete the business questionnaire and nominate your 5 core pages.

2. Assets: You supply logo, brand files, images, pricing, and any extra functionality notes.

3. Homepage & copy draft: We return a homepage design and sales copy for your review/approval.

4. Final build (~1 week): After approval, we build remaining pages, wire the contact form, and configure the AI chatbot in the CRM.

5. Handover: We provide onboarding training videos for CRM and website CMS management.

Revisions: Reasonable revisions to the approved homepage and copy are included before final build. Substantial or repeated changes, or new requirements, are treated as change requests (see Section 8).

7) Platform & Hosting

• The site is built on Tectonic CRM (a Go High Level licence). This CRM/CMS is designed for marketing automation and AI integration.

• The site is not built in WordPress. WordPress can be arranged as a separate project (see Section 9 and Appendix B).

• The CRM/CMS, theme blocks, and automation tools remain our licensed technology. You receive user access to operate your site and CRM within your subscription.

8) Changes & Scope Creep

• Any request that alters the agreed scope (e.g., extra pages, marketing funnels, advanced integrations, substantial copy/design changes) is a change request.

• We will confirm feasibility, timeline impact, and cost in writing before proceeding.

9) Optional Extras & Add‑Ons

The following services are available if requested (all prices AUD, GST status as applicable):

• Logo design: $190

• Custom product/service images (design/retouch): $80 each

• WordPress custom website (setup): $500 (separate scope; migration and feature parity quoted case‑by‑case)

• Additional main pages or products page: $220 each

• Detailed squeeze/landing pages, course/LMS setup, copywriting, or complex integrations: quoted separately.

10) Support, Training & Handover

• We provide onboarding training videos for CRM and CMS management.

• Standard post‑launch support is via email during business hours (QLD time). Larger requests or training beyond the onboarding videos may be quoted.

11) Privacy, Data & Email/SMS Compliance

• You are the data controller for your leads/customers. We provide the CRM platform and act as a data processor.

• You must comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) when collecting and contacting leads.

• You are responsible for ensuring all forms, policies, and consent mechanisms meet your legal obligations. We can place your supplied policies on the site.

12) AI Chatbot — Responsibilities & Limits

• The chatbot is trained on your supplied content and your website text. It assists with common enquiries and lead capture.

• The chatbot does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing training materials and for moderating chatbot outputs.

• We recommend placing a disclaimer on pages where the chatbot appears.

13) Intellectual Property

• Your IP: You retain ownership of your provided content (logo, text, images) and any custom copy we create specifically for you once all fees are paid.

• Our IP / third‑party IP: Tectonic CRM (and Go High Level), platform templates, system configurations, and proprietary methods remain our/our licensors’ IP.

• Licences: We grant you a non‑exclusive licence to use the built site and assets within the Tectonic CRM environment for the duration of your paid subscription.

14) Cancellations & Termination

• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

• Fees already paid are non‑refundable once work has commenced or a billing period has started.

• We may terminate or suspend service for non‑payment, misuse, or breach of these T&Cs.

• Upon cancellation, your CRM access will cease; exports of contacts/leads can be provided via standard CRM export tools where available.

15) Migration & WordPress Option

• If you choose WordPress, this is treated as a new project. A base $500 setup applies; any design recreation, content migration, and feature parity are quoted separately.

• Not all CRM‑native automations/features can be replicated in WordPress without additional plugins/services and costs.

16) Third‑Party Services & Dependencies

• We are not liable for outages or changes in third‑party services (e.g., domain registrars, email hosts, payment gateways, plugin vendors, Go High Level infrastructure).

• Reasonable efforts are made to advise you of material changes that impact your site.

17) Warranties, Disclaimers & Liability

• We provide services with due care and skill. However, we do not warrant specific business outcomes (e.g., rankings, sales, enquiries).

• Except to the extent required by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the most recent 1‑month period of the subscription.

• Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).

18) Governing Law & Disputes

• These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

• If a dispute arises, both parties will first attempt good‑faith negotiation before commencing formal proceedings.

19) Changes to These T&Cs

• We may update these T&Cs from time to time. The latest version will apply to subsequent billing cycles and new work after notice is provided.

20) Acceptance

By signing up via https://www.shift.tectoniccrm.cloud/free-website and paying the $99 upfront fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
